Exchange Policy

We will gladly provide an exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase. Items must be unworn and in new condition, with tags attached, accompanied by all additional packaging and with original sales receipt. All earrings, special orders, customized items, permanent jewelry and gift cards are final sale.

All of our pieces undergo quality control to ensure they are free of damages or defects before being offered for sale. We offer a complimentary 30 day warranty period for any manufacturer defect. This warranty does not cover damages caused by daily wear and tear, which can include but is not limited to, chain breaks, kinked/tangled chains, scratches, bent bands, or missing stones, and does not cover any lost items or jewelry that has been handled by third-party jewellers. Repairs after 30 days and/or due to wear & tear will be charged a repair fee and given a time estimate for repair after we assess the damage.

 

For online purchases exchanges, please contact us at customercare@LunaandGem.com within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please note shipping charges are not reimbursed. Please make sure to ship your package back to us with tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. Alternatively, you can bring your purchase to our store location for exchange in person.

Shipping Policy

For online orders, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. You will receive an emailed tracking number once your item has shipped. Please note we are unable to re-route packages once they have been shipped, so make sure that your shipping details and personal information are accurate at the time of checkout. If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified by email within 48 hours and given the option to place a special order or receive a full refund. 

We ship worldwide. Please be aware that you are responsible for any customs and import duties, fees or taxes that may be charged by your country's local government when the package reaches you. Please contact your local government for any questions regarding importation. We are unable to predict or estimate what duties or import fees you will be charged. If a customer declines to pay the duties and the package is treated as abandoned or returned to sender, any fees that incur will be billed to the recipient.
