Permanent Jewelry & Custom Jewelry Bar
Where do you offer permanent jewelry?
We offer our permanent jewelry for private events. Minimum 10 guests. Please contact us for more details.
What is permanent jewelry?Permanent jewelry is where we make a custom fit bracelet using a solid gold or sterling silver chain that is welded together on your wrist with a quick and painless Pulse arc welder. There is no clasp to use, so it says on your wrist as long as you want! We have multiple chains to choose from, as well as a variety of charms and connectors to make your piece truly one of a kind.
Why permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is a fun experience and a perfect way to celebrate a friendship, relationship, milestone or special occasion! It is also a great option to wear your pieces every day without ever forgetting to put them on or having trouble putting the clasps on yourself.

Does it hurt?
No, it does not! The welding process is completely safe. We use a special spot-welding machine that welds the chain together in a flash of light. You are given protective eyewear to wear during the process, or you can look away during the flash. The welding process never touches your skin so you will not feel a thing!

How long does it take?
The welding flash itself is instantaneous! Including custom fitting your chain and adding any charms, it is approximately a 15-minute process.

What if I need to take it off?
Your piece is as permanent as you want it to be! Simply use a sharp pair of scissors or wire cutters to cut the small ring that connects the chain together. Please do not cut the chain to preserve the integrity of the bracelet as it can be re-welded together again, or we can add a clasp in the future.

How long does permanent jewelry last?
Our chains are only made from solid gold or sterling silver. We never use any plated or vermeil chains to ensure longevity. The durability of permanent jewelry varies according to the lifestyle of the wearer. It’s made to last, however, since this is a delicate product, it is not indestructible. The term “permanent jewelry” refers to a piece that is clasp-less (we know the name the industry came up with is confusing!) We suggest a proper fit where the bracelet is snug with enough room to fit the width of a finger to allow for movement. A loose fit has more chance of catching on things.

I love the idea of a custom fit and designed bracelet, but don’t want it to be permanent. Is there an option for me?
Yes! We can still create a custom-fit bracelet and add charms or connectors, but instead of making it a permanent piece, we can add a clasp for $28.
Can I travel with my piece? What if I need a medical procedure?
Travelling with permanent jewelry is not a problem. Delicate jewelry does not have to be removed for airport security. Please consult with your doctor regarding having your pieces on during any MRI or other medical imaging or surgeries.
Do you offer returns?
No. Your piece has been custom fit for you and therefore is final sale.

Is permanent jewelry for everyone?
For the most part, yes! If you have a pacemaker, we advise not to get permanent jewelry due to the welding process. Also, we do not recommend permanent jewelry for those with skin sensitivities to gold or sterling silver. As permanent jewelry involves delicate chains, those that are very hard on their jewelry or have risk of work-related injuries (ie. working with heavy machinery) should not get permanent jewelry. We have a clasp option that is available in such instances.
Can minors get permanent jewelry?
Permanent jewelry is available for those 13 years and older. Minors under the age of 16 require a parent or guardian present.

Please note a Waiver must be signed in order to receive Permanent Jewelry. Please find this waiver here
